We are thrilled to announce that our very own veteran, Jake Turek, will be taking his goaltending skills to Northland College in Wisconsin! 🏒 Having defended the net for the Gillette Wild for the past two seasons, Jake’s talents are now set to shine on a new stage. 🥅 We couldn’t be prouder of his upcoming journey!
This is what Jake said about Northland:
“I’m super excited to be furthering my education and hockey career at Northland College next year. I was able to visit the campus at Northland and it felt immediately like home. Everyone was super nice and the campus itself was really beautiful and had a relaxing atmosphere of being in the nature also being right by Lake Superior. Northland was all around the perfect fit for me from being able to play high level hockey on an amazing team to the small class sizes to the nice facilities at Northland College. I’m ecstatic to be able to have this opportunity and pursue it at suck an amazing college. Thank you Northland College!”
