The Gillette Wild closed out the 2025–26 season on a high note Saturday night with a 4–2 win over the Badlands Sabres.
After a hard-fought game on the road Friday night that ended in a 5–3 loss, the Wild bounced back the next evening with the same intensity and determination to secure the victory. The win provided a strong finish to the season and a great moment for the team in front of the home crowd.
The Wild finished sixth in the division for the 2025–26 season with a 21-24-2-0 record.
Late in the season, the organization also brought in several new players through trades ahead of the roster deadline. The team looks forward to building on that momentum and bringing many of those additions back for next season.
