Gillette Wild Forward Ryan Hipsag was awarded the NA3HL Frontier Division Bauer Hockey Star of the Week the league announced on Tuesday afternoon. The Gillette, WY product gathered four points helping lead the Wild to weekend series sweep over Badlands.
Hipsag scored three goals, two on Friday night, and added another, along with an assist, Saturday. In 31 games this season, Hipsag has totaled 25 points, scoring 12 goals, and assisting on 13 others.
Forward Wylee Gladen was announced as the Frontier Division 2nd Star of the Week. Gladen, from Bemidiji, MN scored a goal and assisted on another, both Friday and Saturday night. In 33 games this season, Gladen has totaled 35 points, scoring 10 goals, and assisting on 25 others.
