Gillette goalie Jake Turek was awarded the True Hockey NA3HL Goaltender of the Month for the month of November, the league announced on Wednesday. The North Branch, MN native won all three games he appeared in, including a pair of shutouts. Turek stopped 63-of-64 shots he faced over that period.
Defenseman Alec Waller was awarded the Bauer Hockey NA3HL Defenseman of the Month Runner-Up. The St. Michael, MN product collected 14 points, scoring three goal and assisting on 11 others, in his seven appearances.
Forward Isaac Young was recognized with Forward of the Month Honorable Mention honors. Young, from Fergus Falls, MN gathered 20 points, scoring six goals and assisting on 14 others, in his eight appearances.
