The Gillette Wild have secured commitments from several talented players for the 2026-27 season. Here’s a look at the team’s tender signees so far.
Cody Lang – Miles City, MT
After spending a few weekends with the team last season, we’re excited to have Lang joining us full-time. He recorded two goals in five games with the Wild.
Greyson Ecker – Crookston, MN
Ecker joined the Wild at the end of last season and made an immediate impact, recording three points in four games. He also finished as Crookston’s third-leading scorer with 43 points (17 goals, 26 assists) in 25 games.
Ian Zarvos – St. Peters, MO
Ian is a play-making center who handles the puck well. Zarvos recorded 11 points in 43 games last season with Seacoast Performance Academy.
Isaiah Bertin – Esko, MN
A versatile center/left wing, Bertin recorded 15 points last season with North Shore High School.
Jacen Rustand – Williston, ND
After practicing with the team last season, Rustand is ready to step into the lineup. He tallied 16 points in 22 games with Williston High School.
Jay Reese – Crookston, MN
Reese finished as Crookston’s second-leading scorer with 56 points (20 goals, 36 assists) in 26 games. We’re excited to reunite the Ecker-Reese duo with the Wild.
Maguire DeWees – Lakeville, MN
The forward from Lakeville North High School recorded 19 points in 23 games last season.
Riley Kleven – West Fargo, ND
Kleven is a hard-working player who brings speed and grit to the lineup. He recorded 14 points in 23 games last season with the Packers.
Riley Miltko – Colorado Springs, CO
Miltko recorded a combined 48 points (18 goals, 30 assists) in 32 games during the 2025-26 season with the Pikes Peak Miners Tier I program and Pine Creek High School.
RJ Wasilowski – Northfield, MN
Wasilowski recorded 13 points in 28 games last season with the Raiders.
Thomas McDonald – Elk River, MN
McDonald brings leadership, size, grit, and offensive talent to the lineup. He appeared in four games with the Wild at the end of last season.
Trent Rubin – Austin, MN
Rubin is a hard-working player with plenty of potential, we’re excited to welcome him to the Wild! Rubin recorded five points in 24 games.
Defense
Anthony Soucy – Farmington, MN
Soucy is a steady defenseman from the Minnesota Mullets with tremendous upside. He recorded eight points in 21 games last season.
Cyrus Straeter – Austin, TX
Straeter played for the Decatur Blaze AAA, recording 19 points in 32 games last season.
Landon DeWees – Lakeville, MN
DeWees recorded five points in 26 games last season with Lakeville North High School.
Marcus Finholdt – Red Wing, MN
The defenseman recorded 12 points in 26 games last season with the Wingers.
Myles Bruemmer – Winona, MN
The defenseman recorded seven points in 23 games last season with the Winhawks.
Zach Davis – Roseville, CA
The Roseville Capital Flames 18U AA defenseman totaled 19 points in 38 games last season.
