A pair of Gillette Wild forwards, Sky Solig, and Tyler Sunagel, were recognized with Frontier Division Bauer Hockey Stars of the Week Honorable Mention honors, the league announced on Tuesday afternoon. The pair each recorded five points as Gillette swept a weekend series over the Great Falls Americans, winning 8-2 on Friday, and 11-6 on Saturday.Solig, from Warroad, MN had two goals, and two assists on Friday night, and scored a goal on Saturday. In 36 games, Solig has collected 59 points, scoring 29 goals and assisting on 30 others.
Sunagel, from Plymouth, WI assisted on a goal Friday night, and scored two goals, and assisted on two others Saturday night. In his six games he has played for Gillette this season, Sunagel has totaled 10 points, scoring three goals and assisting on seven others.
