A hat trick by Cade Boreing was the highlight in Wild's 4-1 win against the Bozeman Icedogs.

Boreing notched his first tally 14:32 into the first period. He then added goals at 4:57 into the second and at 7:55 into the second.

Gillette also got a goal from Alex King as well. Other players who recorded assists for Gillette were Brandon Beard, who had two and Mitchell McEwan, Brett Kramer, and Darren Banks, who each chipped in one.

The Icedogs' penalty killing units received substantial work throughout the game as Bozeman finished with 22 penalty minutes.
